Harwood Savin successfully secured outline planning permission for up to 125 apartments on part of City College’s Pelham Street Campus, as enabling development for the construction of a new College.

Poyle Road, Guildford – New Family Home

Harwood Savin obtained planning consent for a new 5-bed detached single family dwelling in a Conservation Area. This scheme involved a revised application following a refusal of planning permission for an alternative design. Issues related to TPO trees, neighbouring residential amenity, in particular privacy and the scale of development.
